So today is a very sunny, beautiful day down here in Washington & RARELY (seriously. it's so rare.) do I ever wake up singing things like "Oh it's a beautiful MORNINGGG!!"
Let me just pause for a moment taking that in. It was so weird. But it was great too. I woke up and I was in such a good mood. My window was open, it was bright and birds were chirping and I just felt happy. So it finally feels like summer over here. Since I got out of school it's been raining and storming like heck. Not fun. But even with the sun, I've been complaining to my mom about not being able to go anywhere. I can't drive yet. (All you drivers.. you are SO lucky.) And my mom has to work during the day. While I'm home, babysitting my brother. It's great. (not) So I've been making use of my time at home with quite a few lists of things to do during the summer when you can't drive.
But I'm finally going to do something! First week of July - I'm taking a plane down to my best friends house (7 hours away :( I moved 3 years ago) for 3 or 4 days dnd then my family is coming up to pick me up and we're going to go down to the beach for our family vacation. I'm SUPER excited. I'm tempted to pack right now but I know that would be stupid & I'd just end up taking it all out in like 3 days.
But anyways, I also rekindled my love of reading. I never really lost it I just haven't had a good book to read since I finished all the ones I had. But I was over at bookfessions.tumblr.com and the posts are hilarious. I am currently planning a very big book splurge at Barnes & Noble which is happening tomorrow. Babysitting money well spent :)
Oh and if you don't know, my Tumblr is HERE. I'm on there everyday & I do most of my blogging over there. Not here :( But I'm getting back to blogging on here. I have some new photography to post soon)
Also, similar to the Bookfession posts, one of my Bookfessions is
1. Everytime my mom borrows a book from me, I constantly check if she's bending the pages or damaging it at all.
